Frequently asked questions
How many photos do we get, and when?
Each moment comes with a guaranteed minimum number of photos, shown in the builder. You receive a first selection within 72 hours, then the full gallery within 15 days at most, in a private gallery for life.
Do you travel to the islands and the bush?
Yes, all over New Caledonia: Isle of Pines, Lifou, Maré, Ouvéa, South and North Provinces. Travel and, if needed, accommodation costs are calculated automatically on the pricing page.
When is the second photographer included?
From five moments booked, a second photographer joins me at no extra cost: two points of view, one with you while the other is with your guests.
How does the deposit work?
30 % by card (PayPal, no account needed) or bank transfer. The balance on the day of the session.
Why is the online payment in euros?
PayPal does not handle XPF: the deposit is charged in euros at the fixed rate (€1 = 119.33 XPF), with no fees.
What if the weather turns or something comes up?
We reschedule and the deposit stays valid. Cancellation more than 7 days ahead: full refund.
When and how will I receive my photos?
A selection within 72 h (weddings), the full gallery within 15 days, in HD and social media versions, with no time limit.
Is there a second photographer?
Included whenever a full day is covered (5 moments or more for a wedding).
Can I use the photos freely?
Free for any personal use. Commercial use: licence on quote.
Are the photos retouched?
Every photo is developed and retouched (light, colours, skin), without transformation.
